JET Administration - Invoicing Module

The invoicing module permits an invoice to be built up over the life of the file, therefore ensuring that charges are continuously raised and is especially valuable for quick moving airfreight shipments.It is possible to prepare supplementary invoices and credit notes and to print copies of all invoices/credit notes.

One of the reports deals with un-invoiced files, allowing management to easily follow-up on un-invoiced files, which may otherwise result in a loss. Additional reports will be setup, as required.

Pastel Accounting Interface

The invoicing module batch interfaces into the Pastel accounting system, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules. This means that there is no manual recapturing of invoices into Pastel and therefore no possibility of "finger" problems creeping in. There is an additional monthly charge to use the Pastel interface, due to the licensing requirements of Pastel.

Interfaces into other accounting packages will be introduced as and when required by our Clients.

Third Party Interfaces

JET Logistics Solutions is able to import information directly from third party computer systems, i.e. our client's own systems and/or forwarding systems, into the JET Logistics Solutions, without needing to re-key any information.

This is a huge timesaver and ensures that the information is accurate, as no human intervention is required.
