So, what's in it for the client? Your clients get the ability to prepare on-line purchase and/or export orders, including supporting documentation. Pro-forma invoices, commercial invoices, packing slips, F178's or NEP forms, sales invoices and, deal with stock control, etc., are handled, all this while assisting you to be accurate! Your client is able to track shipments, by logging in to the JET Logistics Solutions system securely from anywhere in the world, saving you time by not having to be involved. All purchase orders can be imported into Pastel by your clients. Interfaces into other major accounting packages will be written as required.
What's in it for your overseas forwarders? They get to import the order information into their own systems, should they wish to, or to print the orders locally to enable them to follow-up with suppliers. They are able to update the JET Logistics Solutions directly, instead of sending emails and/or faxes, which would then have to be captured manually by you. Your forwarder is also automatically advised of any amendment, or update on the file.
