JET Trader

JET Trader is an optional application which is loaded at your client's site(s), which enables them to communicate directly with JET Logistics Solutions. This is a huge timesaver, both for your client and for you.

Your overseas forwarder is able to log into JET Logistics Solutions and update the specific files with the latest information, i.e. shipment details, etc., which is then available to your client, via JET Trader.

Your client on the other hand, has access to a full purchase order system, which automatically writes the information directly to your JET Logistics Solutions system. This has massive benefits, as your client is in effect capturing all his invoice line detail into your JET Logistics Solutions system, cutting out the possibility of errors.

JET Logistics Solutions automatically routes the purchase order to your overseas forwarder for follow-up with the supplier.

Similarly, if your client captures a pro-forma invoice for exports, the information is held in the JET Logistics Solutions system. The pro-forma invoice can be updated if necessary and simply converted to a valid commercial invoice. You can then use the information, without having to manually re-capture it, with the possibility of errors, to prepare the export Customs entry.
