I have now been using your Computer Freight System program for the completion of my Customs Clearing Import documentation sine October 2003. Up until the end of September 2006, we completed the DA500 forms using the DOS SYSTEM. SARS had long since decided that they wanted to implement a SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENT so in October 2006 after much frantic re-programming we were introduced to the "New Windows" system and thus the SAD500 form came into being.

In the beginning there were a few teething problems. This was to be expected as it was a gargantuan task. Regardless of whether it was the old or the new system, I am completely satisfied with how the program works. Bearing in mind a few simple rules, the system is simplicity itself. You have competent staff to set up the system and spend time with you so that you are able to get on by yourself after a few lessons. I have also noticed that you are constantly upgrading the program to make it ever more "user-friendly."

However, most of all I have found that if you do encounter any difficulties of whatsoever nature, the staff in your organization go out of their way to assist you and have done so cheerfully no matter how many times you phone and request assistance. In today's world this kind of service is rare and I hope to be using your program well into the future.
